Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into cubes
  • 1 honeydew melon, peeled, seeded, and cut into cubes
  • 2 mangos, peeled, seeded, and cut into cubes
  • 2 cups fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup grated Tropical Queso Duro Blando
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped mint
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preparation:

  1. Stir together all the fruit and the orange juice in a large bowl, refrigerate until chilled.
  2. Divide equal amounts into small bowls, then sprinkle cheese, mint, and cayenne.
