- 4 Large tomatoes
- 1 16oz package Tropical Queso Blanco
- Fresh ground pepper
- Extra Virgin olive oil
- Balsamic Vinegar
Slice the tomato into ½” thick slices. Do the same for the Queso Blanco. Alternate the tomato and cheese slices on your serving dish. Then, tuck the basil leaves behind each slice of cheese and tomato. Finally, add your fresh ground pepper and drizzle the oil and vinegar over your salad.
