Aun siendo un negocio operado y de propiedad familiar, Tropical contin\u00faa ejemplificando sus principios fundamentales al proporcionar a nuestros clientes y consumidores productos l\u00e1cteos aut\u00e9nticos, de alta calidad y un excelente servicio al cliente, a la vez que proporciona a nuestros empleados un ambiente de trabajo seguro y saludable. Las iniciativas de Responsabilidad Social Corporativa de Tropical contin\u00faan siendo una parte importante de nuestra misi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con esta visi\u00f3n, Tropical ha desarrollado un C\u00f3digo de \u00c9tica que expresa el conjunto general de valores y principios que la compa\u00f1\u00eda ha adoptado al realizar sus actividades y en sus relaciones con todas las partes interesadas. Tambi\u00e9n ha decidido consolidar sus compromisos, adoptando un sistema de gesti\u00f3n SA8000: 2014 coherente. Esto permitir\u00e1 a la compa\u00f1\u00eda fortalecer los valores fundamentales de la responsabilidad social corporativa dentro del mercado laboral y la sociedad civil en la que opera. La Administraci\u00f3n de Tropical se compromete a hacer que el Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n SA8000: 2014 sea efectivo, operativo y mejorar continuamente su eficiencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La gerencia de Tropical se compromete a cumplir con todos los requisitos del est\u00e1ndar de referencia SA8000: 2014; las normas y acuerdos internacionales y los Convenios de referencia de la Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional del Trabajo (OIT) a los que se hace referencia en la Norma; leyes nacionales, estatales y locales aplicables y cualquier otro requisito aplicado voluntariamente y adoptado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Los compromisos espec\u00edficos asumidos para cumplir con los requisitos SA8000: 2014 son los siguientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>No participar o apoyar el uso del trabajo infantil<\/li><li>No participar o apoyar el uso de trabajo forzado<\/li><li>Proporcionar un ambiente de trabajo seguro y saludable y tomar medidas efectivas para prevenir accidentes, lesiones y enfermedades ocupacionales<\/li><li>Respetar el derecho de los trabajadores a participar en sindicatos<\/li><li>No involucrarse o apoyar ning\u00fan tipo de discriminaci\u00f3n contra el personal en base a cualquier condici\u00f3n en absoluto<\/li><li>Involucrarse en tratar a todo el personal con dignidad y respeto<\/li><li>Cumplir con las horas de trabajo establecidas por la ley a nivel nacional y estatal<\/li><li>Pagar a los empleados un salario digno que ser\u00eda suficiente para poder pagar un nivel de vida decente para el trabajador y su familia<\/li><li>Implementar un proceso de calificaci\u00f3n y monitoreo de proveedores que tambi\u00e9n tenga en cuenta, tanto como Tropical pueda asegurar, el cumplimiento con SA8000: 2014<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>La administraci\u00f3n verifica peri\u00f3dicamente la efectividad del Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n SA8000: 2014 y la Pol\u00edtica a trav\u00e9s de la Revisi\u00f3n del Sistema, durante la cual se eval\u00faan todas las oportunidades para mejorar el desempe\u00f1o corporativo y se establecen los objetivos. Las comunicaciones internas y externas est\u00e1n dise\u00f1adas para proporcionar informaci\u00f3n sobre los resultados de la gesti\u00f3n del
