Se originaron en el estado de Puebla, pero est\u00e1n en todos los hogares y restaurantes mexicanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante septiembre, hay una versi\u00f3n de Chiles Rellenos llamada Chiles en Nogada, que es el platillo por excelencia para celebrar la Independencia de M\u00e9xico. El Chile Poblano se rellena con carne picada y frutas, se cubre con una salsa blanca cremosa de nuez llamada Nogada, y se cubre con semillas de granada, d\u00e1ndole los tres colores de la bandera mexicana: verde, blanco y rojo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay muchos estilos diferentes para preparar chiles rellenos y varias opciones para rellenarlos. En un sart\u00e9n de 12\u201d, sobre fuego medio-alto, cocina chorizo hasta que este dorado por todos lados, revolviendo de vez en cuando. Cocina por 10 minutos, revolviendo de vez en cuando para mezclar los sabores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Precalentar el horno a 350\u2070F. A\u00f1ade \u00be taza de Queso Fresco a la mezcla de chorizo. Corta cada chile poblano por la mitad longitudinalmente y remover semillas. Con una cuchara a\u00f1ade la mezcla de chorizo a cada mitad. Coloca en un plato de hornear de 12\u00d78; espolvorea los chiles con el queso fresco restante. Cubre con papel aluminio y hornear por 20 minutos.
