En Centroamerica y Colombia se hacen pastelones de distintas formas e ingredientes, pero todos los disfrutan igual. Disfr\u00fatalo en la cena con tu familia, y usa las sobras para el d\u00eda siguiente!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>4 libras de&nbsp; papas \u201cYukon gold\u201d o blancas, peladas y en cortadas en rebanadas<\/li><li>1 cucharada de aceite de oliva<\/li><li>1 cebolla mediana, picada<\/li><li>1 pimiento verde mediano, sin semilla y picado<\/li><li>12 oz de leche evaporada<\/li><li>3 huevos grandes<\/li><li>1 cucharada de harina para todo uso<\/li><li>1 cucharadita de sal<\/li><li>1\/2 cucharadita de pimienta negra<\/li><li>10 oz de <a href=\"https:\/\/tropicalcheese.com\/es\/productos\/quesos\/queso-blanco\">Queso Blanco Tropical<\/a>, rallado<\/li><li>1\/2 taza de <a href=\"https:\/\/tropicalcheese.com\/es\/productos\/quesos\/cotija-rallado\">Queso Cotija Tropical<\/a>, rallado<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Coloca las rebanadas de papa en suficiente agua para cubrirlas en un sart\u00e9n grande. Calentar a fuego alto hasta que hierva; luego reduce a fuego bajo. Cocina las papas por 5 minutos o hasta que est\u00e9n tiernas. Drena bien.<\/li><li>Mientras, en una sart\u00e9n de 10\u201d, a fuego medio, en aceite caliente, cocina la cebolla y el pimiento hasta tierno pero a\u00fan crocante, m\u00e1s o menos cinco minutos. Removiendo de vez en cuando.<\/li><li>En una licuadora, licua la leche evaporada, los huevos, harina, sal y pimienta.<\/li><li>Precalienta el horno a 350F. Engrasa una fuente de horno (recipiente para hornear) de 13\u201dx9\u201d. Separa 1\/2 taza de Queso Blanco. Coloca una capa de papas en el recipiente; cubre con una capa de los vegetales cocinados, una capa de queso, y desmorona un poco del Queso Cotija. Sigue haciendo capas de la misma manera hasta que todas las papas, vegetales, y queso se hayan usado. A\u00f1ade la mezcla de huevo sobre las papas. Cubre con el queso blanco reservado. Cubre la fuente con papel de aluminio.<\/li><li>Hornea 30 minutos.
