Panela en Colombia se refiere al\npiloncillo dulce, no al queso. Solo en M\u00e9xico, \u201cpanela\u201d solamente se usa como\nqueso panela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las alternativas al Queso Panela?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Puedes sustituir\nel queso panela con otros quesos Tropical con estas consideraciones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Queso Oaxaca y Mozzarella: el sabor y la frescura son similares, pero estos quesos se derriten y se pueden deshebrar. <\/li><li>Queso Cotija o Queso Fresco Mexicano: a diferencia del Panela, estas opciones se desmoronan f\u00e1cilmente y son m\u00e1s saladas.<\/li><li>En cuanto a textura y propiedades, puedes usar Grillin Cheese Tropical para hacerlo a la plancha o a la parrila, o Queso de Fre\u00edr Tropical si quieres hacerlo frito.
