El Quesito Colombiano es un delicioso queso tradicional que se usa en muchos platos. Estas Papas Chorreadas se convertir\u00e1n en uno de los platos favoritos para el brunch y todos los que est\u00e9n alrededor de la mesa se quitar\u00e1n el sombrero ante el chef.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>8 papas rojas medianas, cortadas en mitades (con piel)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de perejil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 cucharadas de mantequilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharaditas de ajo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cebolletas cortadas en trozos de 2\u201dde largo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tazas de tomates cortados en cubitos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tazas de <a href=\"https:\/\/tropicalcheese.com\/es\/productos\/cremas\/crema-centroamericana\">Crema Centroamericana<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 taza de <a href=\"https:\/\/tropicalcheese.com\/es\/productos\/quesos\/quesito-colombiano\">Quesito Colombiano<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd taza de tocino crujiente desmenuzado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal y pimienta a gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Precalentar el horno a 400 grados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lavar y secar las papas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cortar las papas por la mitad y colocarlas en un bol con el aceite de oliva, la sal, la pimienta y 1 cucharada de perejil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mezclar hasta que las papas est\u00e9n bien cubiertas con los condimentos. Transferirlas a una bandeja para horno y distribuirlas para que est\u00e9n separadas entre si. Hornear durante 30-35 minutos o hasta que se doren y la piel se vea crujiente. Voltearlas dos veces con una esp\u00e1tula durante la cocci\u00f3n para asegurar un dorado uniforme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mientras se cocinan las papas, calentar la mantequilla en una sart\u00e9n a fuego medio. Agregar el ajo y las cebolletas; revolver y cocinar durante unos 5 minutos. Luego agregar el tomate; revolver y cocinar por 2 minutos m\u00e1s. Salpimientar a gusto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agregar la Crema Centroamericana y la cucharada restante de perejil. Mezclar bien, retirar del fuego y reservar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colocar las papas en una fuente para servir y verter la salsa encima.
