Se hornean en molde de mini muffins con Queso de Papa Tropical que se derrite y se dora en las orillas, carne molida bien sazonada, pepinillos y un toque de ajonjol\u00ed. Ideales para compartir, para reuniones, o como snack r\u00e1pido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Para las mini hamburguesas:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3 tazas de <a href=\"https:\/\/tropicalcheese.com\/es\/productos\/quesos\/queso-de-papa\">Queso de Papa Tropical<\/a> rallado, dividido<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 lb (450 g) de carne molida de res (sirloin)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharaditas de salsa Worcestershire<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd taza de cebolla picada (reserva 1 cucharada para la salsa si quieres)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cucharadita de ajo en polvo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00be cucharadita de sal kosher, dividida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00be cucharadita de pimienta negra molida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rodajas de pepinillo al gusto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Semillas de ajonjol\u00ed (s\u00e9samo), para terminar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Para la salsa:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00be taza de mayonesa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de relish de pepinillo dulce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de mostaza<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de vinagre blanco<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de cebolla bien picada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharaditas de az\u00facar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cucharadita de paprika ahumada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal y pimienta, al gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Precalienta el horno a 400\u00b0F. Engrasa ligeramente un molde para 24 mini muffins con aceite o spray de cocina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para cocinar el relleno, coloca una sart\u00e9n grande a fuego medio-alto. Agrega la carne molida y desmen\u00fazala mientras se cocina. Cocina durante unos 5 minutos, hasta que est\u00e9 bien dorada y sin partes rosadas. Incorpora la sal, la pimienta, el ajo en polvo y la salsa Worcestershire, mezclando bien para integrar los sabores. Retira del fuego y deja reposar unos minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arma las mini hamburguesas: Coloca aproximadamente 1 cucharada de Queso de Papa rallado en el fondo de cada cavidad del molde, presionando ligeramente para formar una base. Distribuye la carne de manera uniforme en cada uno. A\u00f1ade un trocito de pepinillo encima y cubre con el queso restante. Espolvorea semillas de ajonjol\u00ed por encima.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hornea durante 15-18 minutos, hasta que el queso est\u00e9 completamente derretido y los bordes est\u00e9n dorados y ligeramente crujientes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deja reposar en el molde durante 3-5 minutos para que tomen firmeza.
