El Sushi Dominicano suele servirse como aperitivo para compartir o como una opci\u00f3n diferente para un almuerzo o cena informal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Arroz para sushi:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 taza de arroz de grano corto, lavado y escurrido<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 taza de agua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u215b taza de vinagre de arroz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cucharada de az\u00facar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cucharada de sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Para los rollos:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 hojas de nori (alga para sushi)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 oz de <a href=\"https:\/\/tropicalcheese.com\/es\/productos\/carnes-y-mariscos\/salami-superior-esp\">Tropical Salami Superior<\/a>, cortado en tiras<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 oz de <a href=\"https:\/\/tropicalcheese.com\/es\/productos\/quesos\/queso-de-freir\">Tropical Queso de Fre\u00edr Tropical<\/a>, cortado en tiras<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 taza de aceite vegetal para fre\u00edr<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 aguacate en rebanadas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc taza de cilantro picado para decorar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pl\u00e1tano bien maduro (aprox. 4 rebanadas)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tapete de bamb\u00fa para formar los rollos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mayo picante:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bd taza de mayonesa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd taza de salsa sriracha<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jugo de 1 lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Toppings:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cebolla encurtida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Microvegetales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 dientes de ajo en l\u00e1minas finas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coloca el arroz y el agua en una olla y lleva a ebullici\u00f3n a fuego medio alto. Cuando empiece a hervir, baja el fuego, tapa la olla y cocina por unos 12 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retira la olla del fuego y deja reposar el arroz, todav\u00eda tapado, durante 10 minutos para que termine de cocinarse con el vapor. Luego dest\u00e1palo y deja que se enfr\u00ede un poco.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mientras tanto, en una olla peque\u00f1a mezcla el vinagre de arroz, el az\u00facar y la sal. Cali\u00e9ntalo a fuego medio, moviendo hasta que el az\u00facar se disuelva. Retira del fuego y deja enfriar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vierte esta mezcla sobre el arroz y m\u00e9zclalo suavemente para sazonarlo mientras se enfr\u00eda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una sart\u00e9n, calienta el aceite vegetal a fuego medio alto. Agrega el ajo en l\u00e1minas y fr\u00edelo hasta que est\u00e9 dorado y crujiente. Ret\u00edralo con una espumadera y col\u00f3calo sobre papel absorbente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En el mismo aceite, fr\u00ede las tiras de Queso de Fre\u00edr hasta que est\u00e9n dorados por todos lados. Ret\u00edralas y d\u00e9jalas escurrir sobre papel absorbente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Luego fr\u00ede las tiras de Salami Especial hasta que est\u00e9n crujientes y bien doradas. Col\u00f3calas tambi\u00e9n sobre papel absorbente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un recipiente peque\u00f1o mezcla la mayonesa, la salsa sriracha y el jugo de lim\u00f3n hasta obtener una salsa homog\u00e9nea. Reserva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coloca una hoja de nori sobre una esterilla para sushi. Extiende una capa fina y uniforme de arroz sobre la superficie, dejando un peque\u00f1o borde libre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voltea la hoja de nori de manera que el arroz quede hacia abajo. En el centro inferior acomoda una l\u00ednea de queso frito, salami frito y rebanadas de aguacate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Con ayuda de la esterilla enrolla el nori firmemente sobre el relleno, presionando suavemente para formar un cilindro compacto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coloca una rebanada de pl\u00e1tano maduro frito sobre el rollo. Si deseas, puedes dorarlo ligeramente con un soplete para caramelizarlo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Corta el rollo en piezas individuales con un cuchillo afilado.
