Sirve esta sopa sobre una hogaza de pan redonda, como pan de masa madre, hecha taz\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 cucharadas de mantequilla sin sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 taza de cebolla, finamente picada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2&nbsp;tazas&nbsp;de zanahorias&nbsp;(3 medianas) &#8211; en rodajas finas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4&nbsp;tazas&nbsp;de caldo de pollo bajo en sodio<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4&nbsp;tazas&nbsp;de br\u00f3coli&nbsp;(2 cabezas de br\u00f3coli), cortado en peque\u00f1os floretes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de ajo en polvo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de sal de mar, o al gusto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cucharadita de pimienta negra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc cucharadita de tomillo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 taza de <a href=\"https:\/\/tropicalcheese.com\/es\/productos\/cremas\/crema-centroamericana\">Crema Centroamericana Tropical<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tazas de <a href=\"https:\/\/tropicalcheese.com\/es\/productos\/quesos\/queso-sharp-cheddar\">Queso Sharp Cheddar Tropical<\/a> rallado (16 oz.) y m\u00e1s para servir<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hogazas de Pan de masa madre o similar para servir<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li>En una olla grande o un horno holand\u00e9s, derrite la mantequilla y agrega la cebolla y las zanahorias. Saltee hasta que las cebollas se ablanden (5 minutos).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agrega sal, pimienta negra, ajo en polvo y tomillo. Luego vierte el caldo de pollo y deja hervir. Agrega el br\u00f3coli y reduce a fuego lento. Cubre parcialmente y cocina hasta que el br\u00f3coli se ablande (alrededor de 10-12 minutos).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retira 2 tazas de vegetales con un colador y reserva. Mezcla la sopa restante en la olla con una licuadora de inmersi\u00f3n o hazla pur\u00e9 en lotes en una licuadora. Mezcla hasta que quede suave o la consistencia deseada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vuelve a hervir la sopa licuada y vierte la Crema Tropical y mezcla durante 3 a 4 minutos hasta que quede suave.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para el taz\u00f3n de pan, usa un cuchillo de pan para cortar la parte superior de las hogazas y saca los centros con una cuchara.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coloca el pan en una bandeja para hornear y asa en el horno a fuego alto (broil) durante 2-3 minutos o hasta que est\u00e9 dorado por encima. No dejes que se queme. Retira del horno.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apaga el fuego de la sopa. Agrega el queso Cheddar e introduce las verduras cocidas reservadas anteriormente.
