Corn Cheesy Dip

This easy and delicious dip is itself a reason to get together. It will add fun and flavor to any game or celebration with family and friends. The combination of Tropical cheeses gives it different textures and creaminess only understood when tasted.

This Corn Cheesy Dip recipe uses Tropical Queso para Pupusas, Tropical Queso Fresco Centroamericano, Tropical Crema Centroamericana, and Tropical Queso Duro Blando for garnish. It’s really a cheese dream come true! Enjoy!

Ingredients:

• 3/4 cup Tropical Queso para Pupusas
• 1/2 cup Tropical Queso Fresco Centroamericano
• 1/2 cup Tropical Crema Centroamericana
• 1 can of corn (elote)
• The juice of one lime
• 2 cups fresh spinach
• 1 smashed garlic clove
• 1 tablespoon of elote seasoning
• 1 tablespoon of oil
• Tropical Queso Duro Blando for garnish

Preparation:

1. Put the oil in a medium saucepan on medium heat. Add the garlic and spinach. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring until the spinach reduces in size and looks darker and moist.
2. Add the drained corn and cook for 3 minutes, Meanwhile add the elote seasoning and the lime juice.
3. Reduce the heat to low and add the Queso para Pupusas. When it starts to melt add the Queso Fresco. Stir constantly until all the ingredients are well combined. Then add the Crema and mix again until evenly combined and the cheese is melted.
4. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with crumbled Queso Duro Blando. Serve with tortilla chips.
