Keto Cheese Wrap

This Keto wrap is perfect for cheese and protein lovers. The wrap itself is made from baked Tropical Queso de Papa instead of traditional wheat or flour, making it low in carbs and full of flavor. It’s filled with crispy bacon, lettuce, and tomato, offering a savory, satisfying meal that fuels you for a workout or gets you through the day. Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Queso de Papa, shredded
  • 3 bacon strips
  • Lettuce, shredded
  • 3 tomato slices

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Cover a small non-stick baking sheet evenly with a thin layer of shredded Queso de Papa. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted into a golden crisp. Let cool. 
  3. While the cheese is cooling, fry the bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Top one end of the cheese wrap with lettuce, tomato, and bacon strips. Fold over and continue rolling to the other end of the wrap.
  5. Cut the wrap in half and serve.
