Gorditas Corn Tortillas
Gorditas Corn Tortillas are very similar to the traditional corn tortillas but they are a bit thicker. Hence their name, “gordita”, which literally means “chubby”. Gorditas are also more resistant than a regular corn tortilla, so it’s good for quesadillas or tacos with voluminous, and heavy fillings such as beans, rice, potatoes, mushrooms or chicharrón.
