Ingredients
- 3 green plantains
- 16 oz. Queso de Freir, sliced
- Coleslaw
- Vegetable oil for frying
Preparation
- Peel and slice the green plantain into thin, vertical strips.
- Cut Queso de Freir into slices.
- In a pan with vegetable oil, first fry the plantain strips until golden at medium-high heat. When done, remove it onto a paper towel-lined plate and lightly salt it.
- Then, fry the slices of Queso de Freir for about 2 minutes on each side or until golden.
- Place the fried plantain chips on a plate and the fried Queso de Freir slices over them. Top with a spoonful of coleslaw.
