Pan-seared Queso de Freír
Queso de Freír (frying cheese) is very popular on the Keto diet because of its high protein and low carbohydrate content, and it’s also a delicious vegetarian option. While frying is in the name, it doesn’t have to be deep-fried. Pan-seared Queso de Freír is deliciously golden and juicy inside, faster to prepare, and doesn’t require deep frying. Tropical Queso de Freír can be the star of any dish, served alone, with a sauce, over veggies or even as a bread replacement for your favorite sandwich.
