Preparation
- Slice all the Tropical cheeses.
- Slice the salami and fry it in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
- Slice the chorizo and cook it in a skillet over medium-high heat without oil until it’s nicely browned. Drain on paper towels and set aside with the salami.
- Cut the corn arepas into circles using a cookie cutter or mold, and heat them in a pan over medium heat to soften them.
- Cut the pear in half and place it in the bottom center of the board. Place the candy eyes, and use Queso de Papa to made a small triangle for the nose, and small feet.
