Thanksgiving Charcuterie Board

  • Candy eyes
  • 1 pear (red or brown)
  • Almonds

Preparation

  1. Slice all the Tropical cheeses.
  2. Slice the salami and fry it in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
  3. Slice the chorizo and cook it in a skillet over medium-high heat without oil until it’s nicely browned. Drain on paper towels and set aside with the salami.
  4. Cut the corn arepas into circles using a cookie cutter or mold, and heat them in a pan over medium heat to soften them.
  5. Cut the pear in half and place it in the bottom center of the board. Place the candy eyes, and use Queso de Papa to made a small triangle for the nose, and small feet.
  6. Carefully arrange the ingredients layer by layer to complete the turkey shape, following the example from the video. Feel free to improvise and get creative!
