This easy Pull Apart Quesadilla Ring with cilantro and scallion crema is so delicious and is the perfect appetizer for the holidays! I am using @tropicalcheese Queso De Papa (similar to a mild cheddar) and Queso Blanco for the filling along with taco meat and their crema. I also used the Crema Mexicana for the cilantro and scallion crema and their corn tortillas. Let me know if you would give these a try!
