One-Pot Cauliflower Mac & Cheese

This One-Pot Cauliflower Mac & Cheese is easy, cheesy and delicious.   1. Bring 4 cups of water with salt to boil over high heat.
  2. Add macaroni and cauliflower and cook for about 8 minutes.
  3. Lower to medium-high heat, add the Crema Centroamericana, mustard, and garlic powder. Mix well and cook until the Crema is well incorporated and the pasta is al dente.
  4. Add the grated Extra Sharp Cheddar and Shredded Mozzarella, and stir until cheese is melted and the pasta is creamy.
