“Nacho” is short for “Ignacio”, which according to legend, was the name of the person who had this great idea for the first time on the border of Mexico and Texas. That is why Nachos are a delicious representative of Tex-Mex food and are a favorite in the United States.

This Nachos Grandes recipe is simple, can be prepared at any time, does not need an oven, and is enough for everyone. Tropical Queso Fresco Mexicano crumbles and mixes easily with the ingredients making the dish that much more delicious. In addition to the basic ingredients, we use black olives and jalapeño peppers (raw or try them pickled). Remember to prepare the nachos and eat them right away so they stay crisp with the weight of the other ingredients. You – and everyone -will love them!
