Tropical’s Arepa de Yuca are made of cassava or yuca, instead of the customary cornmeal, and delicious mozzarella cheese. They are easy to prepare- just pop them in the toaster or fry them up in a pan. They are a family favorite and the perfect go to snack or addition to any meal. Tropical’s arepa de yuca are gluten free.
