Fruit Salad with Queso Duro Blando

  • 1 ripe pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into cubes
  • 1 honeydew melon, peeled, seeded, and cut into cubes
  • 2 mangos, peeled, seeded, and cut into cubes
  • 2 cups fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup grated TROPICAL Queso Duro Blando
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh chopped mint
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper


Stir together all the fruit and the orange juice in a large bowl, refrigerate until chilled. Divide equal amounts into small bowls then sprinkle cheese, mint, and cayenne.
