  1. Arepas: Warm the arepas in a sauté pan, flipping them occasionally until both sides are warm and toasty.
  2. Chorizo: Slice the chorizo on a diagonal into 1/2” thick slices. Sauté the chorizo slices in your pan until they start to brown slightly and become crispy around the edges.
  3. Cheese: Slice the cheese in ½” thick wedge slices. Arrange the arepas, chorizo, and cheese on your platter and serve with a glass of Tropical Kumis.
