- 4 thick slices of Queso de Freír Tropical
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ cup store-bought sofrito
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Pickled onions
- 4 hamburger buns
Chipotle Crema:
Preparation
- Season the thick slices of Queso de Freír with pepper, oregano, and sofrito.
