This Cheesy Corn Dip recipe uses Tropical Queso para Pupusas, Tropical Queso Fresco Centroamericano, Tropical Crema Centroamericana, and Tropical Queso Duro Blando for garnish. It’s really a cheese dream come true! Enjoy!

  1. Put the oil in a medium saucepan on medium heat. Add the garlic and spinach. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring until the spinach reduces in size and looks darker and moist.
  2. Add the drained corn and cook for 3 minutes, Meanwhile add the elote seasoning and the lime juice.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and add the Queso para Pupusas. When it starts to melt add the Queso Fresco. Stir constantly until all the ingredients are well combined. Then add the Crema and mix again until evenly combined and the cheese is melted.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with crumbled Queso Duro Blando. Serve with tortilla chips.
