Mexican Charcuterie Board

Ingredients:

• Tropical Queso Fresco con Jalapeño
• Tropical Queso Panela
• Tropical Queso Cotija
• Tropical Queso Gouda
• Tropical Queso de Bola
• Tropical Queso Oaxaca
• Tropical Chorizos
• Tropical Salami Superior
• Tropical Cooked Ham
• Mango w/Chamoy
• Cucumber w/Tajin
• Lime wedges
• Corn Cheesy Dip (recipe here)
• Cilantro Lime Crema (recipe here)
• Guacamole
• Chile de Arbol Salsa (Roja)
• Tortilla chips

Preparation:

1. Slice all the Tropical Cheeses and Salami and place them on the board. Use our video for a reference on how to arrange them.
2. Cook the Tropical Chorizo and place it on the board.
3. Slice the fresh ingredients and add Chamoy and Tajin as desired.
